During my career as a lawyer in public companies, I identified a recurring bottleneck: legal teams were losing valuable hours every day manually triaging court publication notices.

In 2019, while serving as Legal Coordinator at a large state-owned IT company, I turned that pain point into a solution. I created Publiquinha, a desktop system that automates the capture, processing, and organization of these notices, eliminating repetitive tasks and freeing the team for strategic work.

The project evolved technically over time: I started with VB.NET and Windows Forms, then migrated to C# and WPF, a choice that delivered greater robustness and a more modern interface. The results were immediate: a sharp reduction in human error, more efficient deadline management, and measurable positive impact on the team’s daily routine.

Although it is an internal-only tool and not publicly available, Publiquinha shows how tailored technology solutions can transform traditional legal processes.
